Less sleep + teens=obesity and death

Less Sleep
I had read a few articles about people who sleep less than eight hours will crave for more fatty foods.Also about who ever have a shorter duration of sleep will increase his/her calorie consumption from fat and decreased calorie consumption from carbohydrates and one of my dad's friend he passed away in his 50's due to lack of sleep. SO....better be careful out there~
