This is my condition currently!!!Damn!!!Painful man. I can't bare with it anymore. I put on ice to reduce the swelling but it still painful. Apply some medicated oil to let it heal and strap on an ankle guard.Like the picture below.Huhuhuh am praying that I'm gonna heal as soon as possible.
Result is coming out......quite scared,cold sweat!!!Praying for the best~Amin
